FAIRTRADE COFFEE WEEK COMPETITION RULES
Welcome to the Fairtrade Week Competition conducted by Fairtrade Label South Africa. These rules are the official rules of the competition. These rules (together with any official competition communications) will govern and apply to the competition. Please take a moment to review these rules. By your participation, you agree that these rules will govern all aspects of your relationship with the competition and competition-based agents, and Fairtrade Label South Africa. These rules can only be modified (or suspended) by Fairtrade Label South Africa (in its reasonable discretion) in a written revision to these rules posted on the official company website www.FairtradeSA.org.za or any other potential official competition communication methods reasonably calculated to reach a majority of potential participants.
Participation:
- The competition is conducted by Fairtrade Label South Africa
- No person who is a director, employee or agent of or consultant to Fairtrade Label South Africa or who is a spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner, or associate to a director, employee or agent of or consultant to Fairtrade Label South Africa is eligible to participate or enter this competition.
- This competition is only open to legal residents of the Republic of South Africa aged 18 years or over.
- Only one electronic entry is allowed per person.
- The competition opens at 06h00 on Monday, 14 May and closes at 16h00 on Friday, 18 May 2012.
- The winning participant's name will be randomly selected. He/she will receive notification via e-mail.
